It’s therefore, important to incorporate exercises for stabilizing the hip and ankle into your daily exercise routine. With simple strengthening exercises for your quadriceps, hamstrings, hips and ankles you can help reduce stress on the knee joint during functional activities such as stair climbing and walking.
