You have great classes and great instructors: Walter, Erica and Tristan. Thank you so much for having the zoom classes for all of us. After the rec centers open up and we can go back in person I hope you will still offer zoom classes. Maybe recorded ones. I’m sure there are lots of elderly who would like that b/c they are compromised and it’s hard to get out.

Oh, my goodness, Mr. William. Thank you so very, very much. I don't remember when I started the program, but I've been using the same weights since I started. When it got "easier," I just started working out every day except for Sundays. I hardly ever look in the mirror but I did recently and it was like someone had given me new arms. I'd had no idea that they'd changed that much!

Jeannie Brown Johnson's energy and infectious enthusiasm. She made me push myself. I had no idea I could do all that activity and still be okay...I loved Tristan Simpson's energy and his awesome music choices.

I only started coming because Jeannie phoned me to introduce herself and urged me to come. So glad she did. I haven't attended any classes since the Chevy Chase Rec. Center sessions stopped in March.

Mr. Yates, Thank you soo much, for your care, the creative offerings and the dynamic instructors. I was on. I'm really glad I participated in her class. I plan to add her Tuesday class to my morning routine. She was excellent, knowledgeable, she explained what she was doing, she shared her lifestyle in a way that makes me want to make it a part of mine. Jeannie Brown Johnson is also exceptional. Today was ironical!!! In the morning, I downloaded your Basic training video for my workout; I then went to Tristan Simpson's Strength workout, those two were a perfect routine to do together. When I was working out with Tristan, I also had MSNBC on my TV and heard Congressman Seth Moultan (D-Massachetts) come on to say he was putting in the COVID-19 funding for the YMCA because of the emergency closings. Here I am watching Tristan with his YMCA T-shirt. About an hour or so later, surprisingly, I received a check-in call from Tristan and shared this information with him, as well as how I was able to stretch out a discomfort on my left shoulder area from a Shingles shot. We had a great conversation and I like his telephone professionalism. I appreciate what you and your team are doing to keep us connected and will keep the videos for future workouts.

Hi Yat, I enjoyed your in person classes very much pre covid. I have had stent operations in both legs since then and they can be v achy. I just wanted to explain why I sometimes have to sit during zoom class. But mostly I wanted to thank you for your classes which I enjoy very much and are definitely helping me stay fit.

Fit and Wellness classes keep me tuned in and toned up especially during this COVD-19 Pandemic. All of the instructors, the classes and the connections with other Senior Participants help keep me motivated and moving. I work daily on my balance and by engaging with others it keeps me moving so I won't lose my mobility, strength and stamina as I continue my Senior Journey.

Hi William. I enjoyed the exercise class today! I feel every muscles in my body throbbing! BTW: Since COVID-19, I have been working from home. I did not exercise and loss the use of my muscles. Sometimes my body does not follow directions. I noticed, you would like for the camera to be on. Can I get a pass? Sometimes I feel like I am not keeping up.

I was first diagnosed with high cholesterol in 1985 and have been on medication, mostly statins since then, Even though I have been on the highest dose for many years, my total cholesterol and LDL, the bad one, have been out of the approved range until my most recent blood test. My weight was also down as much as 20 lbs. from some of the earlier readings and I have lost 2 inches on my waist since 2 years ago.

I feel so much more energetic. I love the Zoom classes and hope they continue even after in-person classes are back in session. My favorite zoom class is Zumba Gold with Yat Ping, . and I also love the resistance band class with Erica I hope to try more classes soon!
